The City of Brotherly Love

Monday, July 8, 2013

For the Holiday weekend, I had the opportunity to visit my boyfriend in Philadelphia. We've done long distance each summer since we started dating and this fall will be the first (school) year that we won't be 5 minutes away from one another. While it's not easy living 6+ hours away from one another, we manage to either FaceTime or call virtually every night to help.

Needless to say, we were both thrilled to see one another in person this past weekend and not via a computer screen. Unlike my last visit, this one was a lot more laid back. We sort of did our own thing and hung out with his family a lot. I can honestly say it was really enjoyable and refreshing not having an agenda all day every day!

Here are some of my favorite pictures from this past weekend:

From Top to Bottom: 1. The Waterfall at Longwood Gardens 2. Me and my handsome man
3. Gorgeous Lily pads at LG 4&5. Fireworks on the Fourth of July 6. Beautiful and unique flowers
7. Entitled, "Spirit of Transportation" in the train station 8. Classic Wiffle balls in a Five and Dime store 9. Out for dinner and drinks!
