Happy New Year! It's hard to believe it's the year I'm going to graduate from college. Sheesh, it felt like yesterday that I was a little freshman, nervous and excited for college life and living away from home. Since I'm graduating this year, I didn't just look back on 2012, but on my college career as well. 2012 meant turning 21, helping raise over $10.6 million for pediatric cancer, my last college football season, and getting recognized for my academic achievements in the spring. Looking back on the three-plus years that make up my undergraduate career, those years meant meeting friends that are like family to me, meeting the man I hope to marry someday, tears and heartbreak that turned me into a stronger woman, and receiving a world-class education to list but a few.
So this is my belated New Year post, with a reflection on all I've accomplished in the past three years and in 2012. I want to thank you readers for sticking around these recent months and listening to what I have to say. I hope 2013 is even more memorable yet.
p.s. I've added for your viewing pleasure some old pictures- so you get to see baby me :)
