Impressions

I received some great news last night! My best friend and I will be standing/dancing for 46 hours straight in a dance marathon that we PSU students affectionately call THON. The weekend is in mid-February and it's a culmination of our year-round efforts to raise money for pediatric cancer. Last year we raised a record-breaking $10.6 million For The Kids! It's a big honor to be chosen to dance, so I'm very grateful and blessed to have this awesome opportunity. It also means I will be getting my booty in gear to get in shape by the weekend to make it as easy as possible on my body. I will keep you posted on developments and if you're interested, check out the website: www.thon.org
I don't know if it was the bright light, how I was smiling, or if I was in a grumpy mood when I took these pictures, but it looks like I'm giving the stink eye in some of them. I'm not sure if you can tell by those posted, but there are some on my memory card with a definite grumpy look. Who knows, maybe I was practicing my Pop-Eye impression for you ladies. That might explain my recent cravings for spinach...

  1. Haha, I don't see any stink eye! Love that scarf, it has such a pretty metallic sparkle to it. And congrats on THON - sounds like it's going to be intense but very fun :)
